Accepted forms of Payment:
- Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express
Billing and Sales Tax
- Credit cards are charged upon completion of your online transaction.
- Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale.
We takes great pride in providing quality products and make every effort to ensure your order arrives intact. If your package arrives damaged, you may return it for replacement.
- All replacements require a Carmel Honey Company receipt.
- Purchases made from entities other than Carmel Honey Company are not eligible for replacement. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and inquire about their company policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receipt and accompany a photo of the arrival of the damaged product.
- Opened items are not eligible for replacement.
- Items that are shipped to Carmel Honey Company without adequate packing (to ensure safe return) are not eligible for replacement.
- Please return via USPS insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Carmel Honey Company cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
